Credit Limit

As a business owner, you might sell your goods/services on credit to your customers. It also possible to be owed by your vendors too. This in turn, increases the risk of having huge amounts of overdue balance by customers/vendors.

Create Credit Limit

To create a credit limit in Myshop OS:

• Click the Contacts module in the left sidebar
• Enter the amount to cap a limit when creating invoices and bills for customers/vendors.
• Click Save once all other required fields have been filled out.

Update Credit Limit

To update a credit limit in Myshop OS:

• Click the Contacts module in the left sidebar
• Enter the amount to cap a limit when creating invoices and bills for customers/vendors.
• Click Update once all other required fields have been filled out.

Credit Limit Workflow

Once you set the credit limit, you will be able to keep track of the limits set and be notified while creating transactions.

Restrict Creating or Updating Invoices:

Warn and Allow Users to Proceed:
