Adjustments

Create Adjustment

To create an adjustment in Myshop OS:

• Go to the Stock module in the left sidebar and click Adjustments
• Click + Create button in the left side of the page
• Fill in these details:

  Field	Description
  Store*	Select store in which in you want to make this adjustment.
  Item Name*	Filter and select the item for which you want to make this adjustment.
  Available*	Refers to quantity on-hand before the adjustment form is displayed. NB: This might change if other activities are ongoing while this adjustment is submitted.
  On hand*	Is the actual quantity available in stock numerically.
  Adjust by*	This computes the difference between quantity available and onhand. NB: You can also input any value manually to compute quantity onhand.
  Unit Cost	Cost at which you bought the item.
  Value	Is the product of quantity onhand by its Unit Cost.
  Reason*	Select from predefined causes of adjustment.
  Description*	Any additional short note can be added here.

• Fields marked * are mandatory to be filled-out.
• Click to Create or Cancel
