Movements

A movement otherwise known as Movement Requistion(MR) is the process of transferring items from one store location to another. An MR might pass through series of confirmation by authorized users before being CLOSED, thus transferred.

Create Movement

To create a movement in Myshop OS:

• Go to the Stock module in the left sidebar and click Movements
• Click + Create button in the left side of the page
• Select the stores both for requesting and issuing the transfer like:

  

• Choose the items by filtering the Description column.

  

• The requisiton form table columns are highlighted as:

  Field	Description
  Description*	Filter and select the item for which you want to move.
  Req*	Is the numerical quantity of how many pieces to be sent to the issuing store.
  Issue*	Is the numerical quantity of how many pieces you can meet by the requesting store.
  Unit Cost	Cost at which you bought each unit of the item.
  Amount	Is the product of Issuing qty by Unit Cost.

• The Prepared By input field is auto-filled by Myshop OS as the name of the current user account.
• Click Request to Save or to Exit
  NOTE:

  MR might either be in OPEN state if Receive option is turned ON or CLOSED if Audit option is turned ON.

  However, each item quantity in MR request store will be updated from this point if both Receive and Audit options are turned OFF.

Receive Movement

To receive a movement in Myshop OS:

• Go to the Stock module in the left sidebar and click Movements
• Click the action column of the row that is labelled "Receive" in the MR list.
• Type in your Passcode to confirm your identity or to Exit.

  

• Click Issue after a successful verification of your passcode to submit.
• Each item quantity in MR request store will be updated from this point if Audit option is turned OFF.

Audit Movement

To audit a movement in Myshop OS:

• Go to the Stock module in the left sidebar and click Movements
• Click the action column of the row that is labelled "Audit" in the MR list.
• Type in your Passcode to confirm your identity or to Exit.

  

• Click Audit after a successful verification of your passcode to submit.
• At this point, each item quantity in MR request store will be updated.

Update Movement

Delete Movement

To delete an MR in Myshop OS:

• Go to the Stock module in the left sidebar and click Movements
• Click either of ⋮ OPEN or ⋮ PENDING MR's to delete to show these options:

  

• Click button and confirm prompt to remove the MR record completely from Myshop OS.
